Howdy, I’m Jack

I am a Reagan conservative running in the Republican Primary for House District 1. I believe in limiting the scope and reach of government to create unlimited opportunity. I believe in keeping taxes low and spending controlled so working families can keep more of their money, and entrepreneurs can invest in jobs. I believe in the sanctity of human life, and I will fight Washington’s attempt to over-run the 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution so Texans can run Texas

I am a pro-life, pro-growth conservative, and I have called Northeast Texas home much of my life. For 28 years I worked at the local power company, SWEPCO and AEP-Texas. My wife Glenda has worked for 30 years in education and currently is Dean of the College of Education and Liberal Arts at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. We reared our two children here because we believe the quality of life in our corner of Texas is unsurpassed.

I ask for your vote in the Republican Primary on March 2. We deserve better than the leadership our Democrat Representative offers—leadership that is conservative to the core, like the people of Northeast Texas.
